American Association for Justice:  The Mission of the American Association for Justice is to promote a fair and effective justice system—and to support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests. Center for Public Policy Priorities: CPPP is a a nonpartisan, nonprofit policy institute committed to improving public policies to better the economic and social conditions of low- and moderate-income Texans. The center pursues this mission through independent research, policy analysis and development, public education, advocacy, coalition-building and technical assistance.
Americans for Insurance Reform: Americans for Insurance Reform (AIR) is a national coalition of public interest organizations that support effective insurance industry reforms to control skyrocketing insurance rates, reduced insurance coverage, arbitrary policy cancellations, mismanagement and other insurance industry abuses. Texas Watch:  Texas Watch is a non-partisan, advocacy organization working to improve consumer and insurance protections for Texas families. Texas Watch's thousands of activists across the state make their voices heard to preserve their rights and protections. Texas Watch strives to provide a counter to wealthy special interest lobby efforts and ensure Texas laws reflect the true needs of Texas families and consumers.
Center for Constitutional Litigation:  The Center for Constitutional Litigation, P.C. is a law firm dedicated to challenging laws that impede access to justice.  CCL attorneys argue key cases in the U.S. Supreme Court and state appellate courts that protect citizens’ rights in the civil justice system.  Texans for Public Justice: TPJ is an Austin-based non-profit that organized in 1997 to take on political corruption and corporate abuses in Texas. Through intensive research and public advocacy we hope to add a clear voice to debates on political reform, consumer protection, civil justice and corporate accountability.
Center for Justice & Democracy:  The Center for Justice & Democracy is the only national consumer organization in the country exclusively dedicated to protecting our civil justice system. Working full-time to make sure average Americans get a fair shake in court, even against the country’s most powerful special interests. Texas Progress Council: The Texas Progress Council, Inc. is a Texas non-profit corporation that will conduct and coordinate public policy research, encourage and support cooperation among various individuals and organizations on public policy issues, and promote citizen involvement on public policy issues, including promotion of free, open and responsive government at all levels

Civil Justice Resource Group:  The Civil Justice Resource Group is composed of leading academics with expertise in a wide variety of issues related to the U.S. civil justice system.  CJRG seeks to correct the disinformation campaign that has dominated discussion around civil justice issues and to insure that critical policy positions are based on sound, impartial research.   Several members of the group specialize in conducting empirical studies on the actual operation and effects of the civil justice system.

Consumer Federation of America: Since 1968, the Consumer Federation of America (CFA) has provided consumers a well-reasoned and articulate voice in decisions that affect their lives. Day in and out, CFA's professional staff gathers facts, analyzes issues, and disseminates information to the public, policymakers, and the rest of the consumer movement.
