Summary

This 1.5 hour CLE (1.50 hrs. MCLE with 0.50 Ethics) will cover the essentials of property insurance and an overview of the latest developments in insurance law from a litigator and consumer perspective. This session will also include an ethics update on solicitation, joint ventures, and the role of public insurance adjusters.
