The TTLA Family
TTLA is comprised of members with a shared vision. We believe that everyone deserves access to our courts and no one is above accountability. We hold protection of the 7th Amendment’s right to trial by jury as a sacred trust.
Our membership is an exclusive group of plaintiff’s attorneys who are committed to serving their clients and making our state better, safer, and healthier place to live and work. Our members have access to cutting-edge tools, resources, and education opportunities, as well as the most innovative, interactive network of trial lawyers in the state. Plus, TTLA’s legislative advocacy and political involvement puts our members at the center of the action.
- Legislative Advocacy. TTLA is the only association in Austin standing up for the rights of plaintiffs and the trial lawyers who represent them before the Texas Legislature. TTLA's approach is professional and non-partisan, focused exclusively on civil justice and the right to trial by jury.
- Legal Education. TTLA CLE is designed to give trial lawyers the skills they need to succeed. TTLA CLE programs focus exclusively on the plaintiff’s practice and our cutting edge education seminars help our members keep pace with the ever-changing legal environment.
- Professional Connections. TTLA is a robust network of the state's best trial lawyers. At events throughout the year, our members have opportunities to share ideas and build relationships among their colleagues.
- Virtual Law Firm. The TTLA List Server is a robust networking tool that puts the research power and experience of TTLA's membership at your fingertips. List Server members can ask questions, float case strategies, and gather information via e-mail from the best trial lawyers in the state.
In their first year of membership, new members receive one complimentary registration to the TTLA CLE offering of their choice, as well as free access to TrialSmith's Deposition Databank.
