Summary

Learn how to take your jurors to “YouTube University” so they would know exactly what the doctors had done to your client to try to fix the harm caused by the negligent defendant. Using surgical video excerpts that can be found on the interner as demonstrative evidence when taking depositions of surgeons is an opportunity to pull jurors into an almost first-hand familiarity with exactly what your clients experienced. In this webinar, we'll discuss what evidence is available, how to find it, lay the foundation for it's use, and review examples of how it can be used in court.
