Traumatic brain injury cases are complicated by conflicting expert opinions, neuropsychologist and various radiology specialists. This talk will encompass methods and strategies for meeting the plaintiffs burden of proof as well also defeating the defendants experts conflicting opinions. Topics will include neuropsychology reports, Imaging reports, diffuse tensor imaging and sequelae of a TBI.
