The Texas Supreme Court’s In re North Cypress mandamus discovery opinion changed the legal landscape. To help TTLA members navigate this new terrain, TTLA President Glenn W. Cunningham appointed a task force to develop template responses to requests and motions related to the North Cypress decision.
